It's really funny how the package says smooth formula. I found it to be a hard pencil. I think it might be cause it's new and never been sharpened. The color I chose is Stardust; it's a navy blue with silver glitter in it. The glitter is very fine and you can't see it from far away. When applied it reminds me of Hard Candy's glitter eyeliners, for a way better price.
