Well, I dont really know what to say because I have very little experience on eye liners. However, it's really cheap & it pays off: sticky application, but does go on pretty well; I don't experience smudging along the day (unless you have oily eyelids, I dont know); I never get smudges under my eye when I apply it on the upper eye or vice versa... Um... Deduct a point coz it feeling a *little* "heavy" when you have it on, plus I really don't have much knowledge about eye liners... You should go for it, though... An incredibly affordable price and it is good! Me, I barely have anything to complain about it. ^o^
