I have fine, thin normal to dry hair (my ends are very dry) and this fried my hair out. As soon as I put this in my hair it started to snarl and it got stiff (shampoos that dry my hair out usually make my hair stiff in the shower) so after I rinsed it out I put a good conditioner in it hoping that that would make it better but that was not enough. My hair was totally fried and my scalp itched and burned. I had to put a deep conditioner in to make it better. I would not recommend this shampoo to anyone who does not have an oily scalp or close to that. This was horrible.
