This is a little eye shadow pot with a greasy purple eye gloss with glitter. I bought it for the 4th. It actually stayed on, but the glitter showed up very little. The purple also showed up very little, also. I would have done better with a a cream e/s and WnW loose silver sparkles. So i'm returning it. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't recommend it because it is like clear eye gloss and not the fun it could be.
