I bought the Marine and the Misty Mauve. The Marine is a dark grey with a tinge of blue. The Misty Mauve is a lilac-mauve tone. They both have shimmer to them but not the frosty or the iridiscent type. It is almost like a glow from within. I am 30+ and always feared the shimmery stuff on my eyelids, but this stuff is great. It diffuses the lines. And, don't be afraid of the colors. The dark grey can be dark in the tube but on the eyes it is like a wash of color. The Misty Mauve is great on anyone and I tried it as a diffuser under my eyes. It diffused the dark circles under my eyes. As a highlight on the cheeks, it is wonderful also. Oh yes, it isn't dry or tight, and it doesn't crease.
