The shade is predominantly pink with soft peach and bronze undertones. I have medium olive skin, and Louisiana gives my cheeks a dusty pink look. The blush has a frost finish, so I have to be careful and not apply too much or else it accentuates my pores. I have oily skin, BTW. Louisiana is pigmented with a blendable texture and wears well on my skin, the typical high quality of Cargo blushes. I really like this blush, but I do wish it was less frosty. It isn't a major complaint though since I *can* wear it without it making my skin look greasy, though I have to pay more attention than usual to how much I apply.
