Cargo is an underrated brand IMO. When people think of famous makeup brands, the usual suspects come to mind: MAC, Stila, Chanel, and Lancôme, just to name a few. Cargo products tend to be high quality and reasonably priced. I am a fan of this line's blushes and eyeshadows mostly, but the lipsticks are just as wonderful. Cairo is a shimmery mauve-plum with sheer coverage and a soft frost finish. Although sheer, color is buildable so one can achieve a soft or more dramatic lip look with ease. The texture is soft and creamy and isn't drying. The packaging is a bit different: a frosted sheer white tube. It's plain looking, but stands apart from the sea of black that is the typical color of lipstick tubes.
