I live in the desert, and even my oily skin feels dry and tight after washing. So I decided to try the new Cetaphil cleanser for oily skin. Don't be fooled by the fact that this is manufactured by Galderma Cetaphil--it's nothing like their gentle cream cleanser for dry skin.

The first difference--this product is clear and really runny. (They do provide a pump dispenser). Second difference: the scent STINKS! and I do mean that
literally. It has a very unpleasant, harsh, perfume-y
smell that is pretty hard to take.
Third difference, unlike the regular cleanser, it doesn't remove
even soap-and-water removable mascara, so I end up using
some lotion or cream on the end of a Q-tip to get rid of
the raccoon eyes I'm left with.
While it does live up
to it's billing in that it doesn't dry oily skin like some
cleansers, and doesn't leave the same greasy film as their
traditional cleanser, I'm not very happy with it and gave
it only 2 stars.
