Currently, Zanzibar is one of my favorite glosses, and I wear it on a regular basis. It gives me beautiful soft, warm glossy lips. In the tube, the color is peachy caramel bronze with gold shimmer. It appears a lightly bronzed caramel on my pigmented lips. It's a great everyday color. The texture is non-sticky and thick without being goopy. The gloss just glides over the lips, and it feels light and comfortable once it's there. The staying power is above average for a gloss. I'm generally not a fan of Chanel's cosmetics, but I have to give the company credit: it knows how to formulate a gloss that lasts. While this product is expensive, I love the texture and color and have gotten plenty of mileage out of it, so I consider Zanzibar a worthwhile purchase.
