This is the best cleanser ever. You put it on dry face. Rub gently until surface becomes liquid. Then either rinse off with water or with tissue. I prefer to rinse off with water. The result is sublime. My face looks best after this Lait Tendre, compared with the entire day. It's smooth, not tight, and feels clean. Heavy duty makeup may require more stronger makeup remover, but this cleanser suits me best even for my evening makeup.
