In a review, it was described by Courtney Cox Arquette as a "face lift in a jar". This is because it has an immediate effect, on application lines are smoothed and plumped out. It is said to be particularly good at deminishing crows feet ( which I don't really have yet, but worked wonders on the area under the eye for me). It has a rich medium consistency and melts straight into the skin leaving no film or residue, offering a smoothed and plumped eye area ready for make up or anything.

But what about the long term? Unfortunately the completely wrinkle free eyes last only up to when you cleanse, but I do think it is making small improvements long term with dedicated use.
