I got two compacts... one with subdued rays and grayish greens and one in intense "peacock" colors of blue and green. On my neverending quest to find the perfect eyeshadow, I decided to try these ones. For the first 5 minutes, these are every girls' dream. Silky, smooth, easy to blend, gorgeous looking...in a word - perfection. However...check back in the mirror a couple minutes (okay maybe an hour) later and its GONEEEE... I guess what goes up must come down. Well, I did find that if you pile the stuff on your eyelids it stays longer. So that's why 1 point off - questionable staying power (plus the price!)
