I had been using the MAC Studio Fix but wanted to find a powder foundation with a finer texture. With the Studio Fix, up close the finish has a powdery, unnatural texture. With the Christian Dior, however, the powder is so fine that it gives you a very smooth and velvety effect. The color choices are fairly good, with a selection for yellow-toned complexions. It is quite costly - $39 Cdn for powder plus compact and $29 for refills. This product is best for someone with normal to oily skin. I have fairly oily skin and this works well for me but I have to touch up at least twice each day. It does have a strong fragrance so those of you with sensitive skin should beware.
