A wonderful mascara!!! Not cheap, but I'd buy it again in a heartbeat! This is CD's newest mascara, and it's designed more for lenghthening than thickening. I think when CD came up w/ this concept, they were hopping on the bandwagon of all the 'illuminating' products beginning to appear on the market, but this is the 1st I've heard of an 'illuminating' mascara! I bought this mascara in "Optic Blue," which is a very dark navy (the perfect compliment to my dark eyes & lashes). The 1st time I used this on my short, sparse lashes, it doubled the length of my lashes! And that was w/ one coat! The formula went on smoothly and evenly, and I barely needed to comb thru w/ my usual lash comb. There was no clumping at all! After a second coat, my lashes looked long & healthy. I'm not convinced about the 'luminating' effect, but that's not why I purchased this mascara. I wanted a good quality mascara that would lengthen & in a good shade of blue, which is hard to find. I think I've found it in CD's! It's worth every penney!!!
