CD's Total Radiance is a pre-moisturizer & pre-m/u skin serum that tightens and hydrates at the same time. I read all the good reviews about this product and wanted to give it a try. Many people also use this product as a makeup base to "hold" their m/u in place all day. I'll have to admit I've not had much success w/ CD's skincare in the past, but this product has broken the streak. It's extremely non-oily and absorbs very well. Once absorbed, my skin has a subtle glow to it. My moisturizer spreads w/ ease and foundation does go on better after using this. The tightening effect isn't one that makes your skin feel too tight, just firm and smooth. I knocked off a point for the enormous price tag ($32 for .68 oz pump), but on the bright side, one bottle should last at least 4-5 months if used once daily. And besides, it's CD after all! I use it in the morning as a 'pick-me-up' before work. You can use it at night, but I think its benefits can be seen more radically if used under m/u. It also contains sodium hylauranate, which hydrates skin by helping it retain moisture w/o using oil. All-in-all a wonderful product!
