I recommend both. I have long, thick, straight, undyed hair. Sometimes you must shampoo twice if my hair is especially oily, and usually the shampoo gets used up first. However, even if I shampoo twice, it does not dry out my hair as much as most shampoos. It works as well as some of the more expensive shampoos I've tried. The nourishing shampoo is very similar. It works similar to Suave's awaphui and Infuzium shampoo, and it smells excellent. The conditioner is great too.
