This is supposed to be a shine treatment that you leave on your hair for 10 minutes. It claims it will last 4 weeks. However, I didn't notice my hair to have any more shine after doing the treatment. The intensive conditioner that comes with it is supposed to be used after treatment and that made my hair super soft. I sure am glad I didn't pay for this product (I won it from allure!)I'm not sure how much this product runs, but save your money for shine serums if shine is what you're looking for.
