This is THE cleanser/toner for the lazy person who wants good cleaning. You apply with a cottonball, then use a scond cotton ball if neccesary to get rid of any residual makeup. It feels almost like a dry oil on the skin, not greasy but not wet either. You think it couldn't possibly be doing anything. It doesn't lather, no water needed. But when I used the second cotton ball, it was clean! Plus it leaves the skin smooth, but not greasy. I am soo impressed with this product. Plus it has a nice scent!
