Just to give some context I have oily skin and only occaisionally get very dry (nasty hormone imbalance). I would normally either not use a moisturiser or would use one which caters to oily skin and prefer a gel form even then. However I got some really dry patches around my eyes a while ago and pulled this sample out of my bag of tricks. I am normally really sensitive to smells and hate fragrances but I quite liked this one (kind of citrus floral). I found the cream to be initially quite greasy (compared to my gels) but it absorbed completely quite quickly so the feeling didn't stay. It brightened my skin, which was flaking and dead looking, immediately and moisturised without adding to the oil on my skin. I would never use it all over my face, it would be too much for me. But I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a light moisturiser which brightens the skin a bit too.
