paula begoun recommended this toner in her book..she said this is gentle for ppl who have dry/normal/sensitive skin..so i bought it...true it is gentle because this didn't caused me irriation..however the fragrance here is too strong that it might be a problem for some ppl..i wouldn't purchase this again....cause i have extremely sensitive skin..so i won't take this risk again..since it might be a problem with my skin some day..anyway..This is truly alcohol free..so i give this a 3
