I really though I wouldlike this cleanser, despite the fact that I usually prefer gels, and this is a creamy cleanser. I gave it a good 2 months because I know it takes time to see results with a product like this, but all it seemed to do was make my skin worse. I think the 10% benzoyl peroxide content is just too high. The first week I used it my face burned like it was on fire, it even continued burnign after I rinsed it off. It says it delivers the medication to your pores, but I think all it did was sit on top of my skin and then get wiped off by my towel when I dried my face because my towel has since been bleached by the benzoyl peroxide and has lost its color in the center! All in all, I think you are much better off using a spot treatment like Neutrogena's On the Spot because this is too harsh even for my skin which isn't sensitive.
