I don’t know, I do kinda like this stuff. I bought it at Wal-Mart for 4 bucks, and it does kinda de-puff my eyes in the morning. I also like the cooling thingy it does, but my friends also commented that it did kinda make my eyes look brighter cause of the light reflecting particles or whatever they are.
