Obviosly, we have 2 camps here. I personally have used Clinique 3 step for 20 years and I love it and get tons of compliments on my skin. The only time I have problems are when I think there might be something better or newer out there and mess around with my skincare routine. I think the bottom line is just as it is in so many areas of life: all things do not work for all people, period. Just because I use and love something does'nt mean I think it will or should work for everyone, or that someone "isnt using it right", it may just not be right for them. We can all only offer our own opinion from our experiences.
