Don't be fooled by the name of this stuff. In my quest for a liquid facial cleanser, the Clinique rep asked me if I was using a good dissolvent--which is exactly what this stuff is. She explained that I after I wash my face and apply toner with a cotton round, all that excess makeup is NOT supposed to be coming off on the cotton during this step. If it is, however, then I need a dissolvent to first dissolve all my makeup PRIOR TO cleansing my face. Oye! So I decided to try it. Much to my amazement, this stuff removed every trace of makeup leaving no residue on my cotton round during toning. I was pretty impressed. It really seems like a hype to get you to buy more stuff, but I only use it at night and a smidge of a portion at that does the job. It feels good going on, coming off, and especailly afterward--no residue. I highly recommend this product if you want to help clear up your complexion. I think the price is between $10-$15.
