I've never used a cream kind of eye shadow before, so don't know how credible my opinion is, but I really liked this stuff. I got it as part of a GWP. It's kind of like a lipstick. I never would've bought this colour myself as it's really light and pinky, but I actually quite like it. It gives a kind of sparkly look to the eye's, and brightens them up. Kind of like a white eyeliner but with a bit of colour. In a pinch you could also use it as a lippy and to highlight your face. Once I've finished this little sample I think I'll buy the real thing.
