Clinique’s Different Lipstick is my absolute favorite line. I prefer a glossy, slightly sheer finish to my lipstick than anything else, and Different Lipstick fits the bill. Of course that also translates into “no staying power”, but I don’t care much about that. In any case, I was out hunting for a good red lipstick, but reluctant to go for one with opaque-finish. “Angel Red” is a cool-tone red that shows up as a translucent cranberry colour on my lips. It’s quite flattering to my slightly pink skintone, and moisturizing enough for my dry lips. Of course you can forget about eating anything when wearing this, because you WILL eat off the colour and leave nothing behind (not staining). It’s all fine with me, but for people wishing for lipstick longevity, Different Lipstick is not the line to consider.
