Clinique Lash Building Primer
This primer did make my lashes look more substantial, but it did not prevent mascara from flaking off. I have tried it with 3 different mascaras and they all flaked. Also, I like how MAC Prolash looks on my thin, sparce lashes but it also FLAKES!
