Clarifying Lotions contain cosmetic alcohol ONLY. That is why they are able to dry so quickly on the skin. It is not put in there to dry out your face. And if you feel yours isn't working as well as it used to or as it should, ask your Consultant about bumping you up a number to increase your exfoliation benefits.
