When I first used this toner, I thought it was good,

but now I feel like it doesn't even DO ANYTHING. It does

have a strong smell that is a quite overwhelming but it

does make your face feel tingly. I've used it for a month

now and I'm not very satisfied with it because it doesn't

leave my face feeling soft at all. It doesn't even help

to control my oily face like the sales lady said it would.

I'm not saying it's horrible, but I do think it's uneccessary.
