I absolutley LOVE this eye liner. It has a cream/kohl texture, and it glides on smoothly & perfectly. It is water resistant & lasts ALL day. I also LOVE the smudger tip on the end so that you can blend it, and the fact that it is a twist up pencil, not a sharpening one. I already have recommended this to all of my friends, surprisingly, since I'm not much of a Cover Girl fan, but this eyeliner wins my vote!
