I really believed that this product would end up in my trashcan along with some other Cover Girl clunkers I have purchased lately. Happily, that was not the case with this product. I'm usually not a big fan of mechanical eyeliners, but this one applied very smoothly with no tugging and it didn't smudge at all - something that's usually a big problem with other eyeliners on my oily skin. It also removes easily with soap and water or reguar eye-makeup remover. I guess this one's a keeper! Good work, Cover Girl.
