Very, Very good eyeshadow when applied wet. This is supposed to be a look-a-like of Urban Decay's Midnight Cowboy, but the sparkles are smaller, and get all over the place when applied dry. I took a point off because I wish it had more of a pigment. It is kind of sheer.
