This "medium" coverage foundation labeled as being for normal to dry skin doesn't cover all that well and is too matte for my taste. It might blend out well on oilier skin with few imperfections, but I doubt it. I gave it a 3 because it is one of the few drugstore foundations out there that do NOT have a chemical sunscreen, which can irritate very sensitive skin and eyes, nor does it have highly acnegic ingredients--at least none that are familiar to me.
