I wouldn't use CG foundation for years, but this time they've come out with a great product. The 4% titanium dioxide sunscreen is broad spectrum and, according to Paula B, an excellent sunscreen for a foundation of any price. The coverage is medium to heavy, which won't appeal to everyone, but I like it. I do put it on with a sponge and am careful not to use too much. The colors run very, very light. For example, the "Ivory" in this foundation is quite a bit lighter than the "Ivory" in CG's other foundations. They sell Tiny Trys with 3 shades for about $1.50 which I thing is great and would strongly recommend ... these colors are light! Also, most foundations darken as they dry, but this one darkens a LOT. When you put it on it looks almost white, and you have to wait several minutes for it to dry to see the finished color. I found that this wears just as long as Neutrogena Healthy Skin and Maybelling Great Wear. In the usual Cover Girl tradition, the color selection includes a lot of very pinky colors. I have very rosy skin so I think this is wonderful, but if you're yellow-toned, there might not be a shade for you.
