I've been on the search for the perfect long-wearing lipstick for the last two years. Why? My main reason is my boyfriend, believe it or not! I like to wear dark colors like MAC's Siren, but it would immediately come off on him at the slightest peck on the lips. Then I started thinking ahead - what will I do at my wedding?? I don't want to go for a light color because that just isn't me! So after many trials, I settled on Cover Girl Outlast because I had seen it mentioned on Good Morning America as make-up artist's favorites. And they weren't kidding! I put it through a 10 hour test of meals, drinks, excercise, kisses, and even a shower! I've seen some complaints that it's dry, but after a few days it doesn't seem dry anymore - like your lips gets used to it (or I wonder if that may also be because I use Baby Oil to remove it.) I've also seen complaints that it chips - I've noticed that happens and I've figure out why. You need to make sure your lips are CLEAN-clean when you apply it - any residue from petroleum jelly, as in my case, or other lip conditioners keeps the polymers from binding. Oh yeah, and I also have eczema, and did not have any reactions to this lipcolor.
