I have been using the extremely cheap and easy Cover Girl makeup remover for years and will not change. After trying many other brands that stung my eyes or didn't remove anything or smelled like alcohol, the creamy, almost oily texture of the Cover Girl version was a nice change. The texture is rather oily but takes away any and all eye makeup with a breeze. i have tried it on all types of heavy eye make up and never had a problem. The nice thing is that since it doies have a almost oily texture is that it moisturized your eye area as it removes makeup. the only down side would be that since it is so oily you definitely have to give your face and eye area a good wash afterward if you don't want to be gleaming. It works and it is very cheap...........what could be better. i love it and its the only product i use that isn't under constant change and scrutiny.
