I use this on my brows and it holds my stick straight hair in place all day. I don't notice any flaking and it gives my brows a subtle sheen but the staying power throughout the day is just "ok". It's useless for my black eyelashes b/c the sheen is not noticable there and it tends to uncurl it. Will buy again if I don't find something better.
