I bought it because it was cheap and I needed a new mascara. I have generally been satisfied with Cover Girl's products, but I will only buy this product again if ever I'm really running low on cash and desperately need a new masacara---in other words---never again, if I can help it. The formula, although it applies rather smoothly, tends to clump and it dries out horribly on my lashes---I just don't like the feel of this formula when it dries. I gave it a two because it was pretty cheap and it'll do in a pinch but I really wouldn't reccommend it.
