Hello everyone, this past week at Target I found this on sale and decided to pick it up, since I needed new mascara anyway. On the website, it promises to make lashes 300% thicker and 40% longer, and of course I was skeptical. But anyway I went home and tried it out. The brush is really similar to Maybelline's Full and Soft, and it wasn't a bad mascara. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because you have to wipe the brush with a tissue before you apply or else you get a big globby mess and you will look like you have only 4 eyelashes. Also, one good thing is that I wore it on a humid (I'm in the south lol) night out at giant outdoor mall and it did not smudge or come off at all! I was very impressed, becuase my usual Maybelline Full and Soft had a notorious problem of flaking off, and the waterproof version sticks to your lashes like a mofo. But if you don't mind wiping the wand with a tissue each time and you can get a really great deal on it, then go for it and try it out.
