Formerly an EL Futurist mascara fan, I cringed at the thought of having to spill out yet another $18 for a tube of mascara, so when I saw this new option at my local Walgreens at a third of the price, I went for it. I'm glad I did! This mascara is all that it's advertised to be. It definitely thickened (w/o being gloppy), lengthened and curled my lashes, which are normally sparse and straight. Plus, it held up all day in the 105+ degrees we're having today w/o running or flaking. I wear contacts, so anything that gets into my eyes irritates them terribly, so a non-flaking mascara is a must! I won't feel guilty replacing this mascara once every 2-3 months!
