Before I used this, my teeth were so yellow to me. I thought these were kind of expensive, but I took a chance. I'm so glad I did. This comes with 28 top strips and 28 bottom. They are really thin, clear, textured strips that have gel on one side and adhere to your teeth. You wear them twice a day for 30 minutes for two weeks. You do top teeth for the first two weeks and bottom for the second. My teeth have actually gotten 3 shades whiter! Three people have asked me if I bleached my teeth. I think when I'm done with my bottom teeth I might even buy another box and make my teeth even whiter. Since I got these at Marc's they were only $35 isntead of the usual $44. Get hese! You won't regret it.
