These work. You do the top teeth first, for two weeks (twice a day). Today is my last day of my top teeth. I've had two of my best friends ask me "did you get your teeth whitened?!". My mom notices, and my hubbie too. Especially on my canine teeth, two over from the front ones, they were really yellow. I can wear red lipstick now!! Can't wait to do my bottom teeth. They aren't a hassle either, just put them in for 30 minutes twice a day. You can't see them, so you can talk to people while they are in or just have them in while you do hair and makeup.
