These work pretty well. I used the top strips first and can now see a significant difference in color between my top teeth and bottom teeth. However, the difference isn't so blinding that anyone other than you and your close friends will consciously notice a difference. <p>One complaint that I'd heard about these Whitestrips was that they cover just the front 8 teeth, which might not be good if you have a toothy smile (as I do). My sister's solution was to cover a couple of extra teeth by using the extra piece that's left on the plastic backing after you pull the Whitestrip off.
