This is the best zit spot treatment I've tried, and worth the $26 if you are acne-prone. Using a liberal amount on the zit at night is the best way to go. Once I put it on, the zit immediately starts to heal and does not get any bigger or more swollen (at least, this is how MY skin reacted to it) The big mountain zits take a few nights of treatment, but it's worth it. Best of all, the SOS is not going to make your skin all peel-y and dry.
