This is a pre-mascara or nighttime lash treatment that contains botanical ingredients to nourish weak eyelashes. It's a clear gel and has a curved brush, unlike many under mascara fortifiers, which are a pasty white. I didnt notice any change in my lashes after 2 weeks, so I dont really know what it is doing. It's good if you want to skip mascara and just add some gloss to your lashes.
