This mascara has a very unusual brush; it's very short, like somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 inch. It heavily coats the lashes without being clumpy, quite tough to do but it really doesn't clump! The brush is great for the lower lashes. This mascara really emphasizes my lashes. It's tough to remove though. Whether I use an oil based or water based remover, it still leaves smudges under my eyes.
