I've used 2 boxes of these, so I feel I can give a sufficient review. This is a dual sided disc, one side with a soft cloth like texture, and the other a more rough, exfoliating texture, that I liken to a soft Brillo pad. I use the soft side to take off my makeup, and the exfoliating side afterwards. My skin looks a lot healthier and less congested after using these, even just for a week. Now here comes why I knocked off 2 points:
- if you get this stuff in your eyes, it burns like the devil! I've learned the hard way, but now I just use eye makeup remover beforehand, and keep this away from my eyes.
- the fragrance is so incredibly strong! It would be pleasant if it wasn't so strong, but I can still smell it for a couple of hours after I've washed my face. I bet some super sensitive skin types couldn't use these. I'm sensitive, but these don't bother me.
