I had reservations about trying this shampoo and figured it would be heavy and weigh my long, medium thickness, oily hair down, but I'm surprised to say it doesn't. It actually gave my hair body and movement. It has enough "conditioners" in it that I didn't need a seperate conditioner. A very happy rave from me!
