Not effective
My mom uses lots of EL products, hence I have lots of this as GWP. I use them regulary, but did not find any improvement in my fine lines. However the good thing is that it does not irritate the eye skin area or cause me to tear up (most eye creams do). But it did not work for me. My friend also tried this for her eye circles, and this did nothing for her too.
