Let me start by saying that it is not the quality of foundation, but the colors that make my of this product rating so low. The sales woman wanted to sell me a foundation that was too dark. This was the lightest shade and I am not that pale (MAC C1 and C2 combined= my color). This woman insisted that I looked "flawless". She also became very angry when I disagreed with her!!! Estee Lauder has to add some lighter and more neutral shades to this line. They old Matte foundation had colors that suited my skin fine.
